Updates
Phone system
Over the Christmas break we changed and implemented a new cloud based phone system. This new phone system has been up and running since 29/12 and has a much better call and answer phone system.

User Tours
We took the time over the Christmas break to create and implement 'user tours' on the system. These will pop up automatically when you next login to the system and give you a quick tour of the main features of the learning management system.
If you are already familiar with the system you can quit off of it straight away. If you would like to view the tour again, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click 'reset user tour on this page'.
New Courses
Just before Christmas we launched two new courses:
- VTCT (ITEC) Level 2 Award in Infection Prevention (COVID-19) for Complementary Therapies and Sports Massage - £50
- VTCT (ITEC) Level 2 Award in Infection Prevention (COVID-19) for Beauty Therapy and Nail Services - £50
Both courses:
- Include all VTCT registration and examination costs
- Are fully online, including the final exam which can be performed remotely via webcam
- Have no coursework requirements but we've created over 100 self-assessment questions to help you prepare for the short final exam
- Have a hardcopy certificate from the VTCT to display upon completion.
