ETS Christmas and New Year Office Hours and Postage Update

Hi All,

As Christmas rapidly approaches we have some important information for you regarding our office hours and postage:

Christmas and New Year Office Hours

The Essential Training Solutions office will close on Friday 20th of December at 16:00 for Christmas and New Year. The office will re-open on Monday January 6th at 09:00.

🎄 Monday 23rd December to Friday 27th December - Closed 🎄

🎄 Monday 30th December to Friday 3rd January - Closed 🎄

⭐ Monday 6th of January - Open as normal ⭐

As always we will be monitoring emails as well as the office phone and WhatsApp whilst the office is closed. Please get in touch if you need us and we will get back to you as soon as we can!


Last Postage Date 2024

The last posting date for Anatomy and Physiology and Complete Pathology manuals will be Friday 20th of December.

Don't forget, all active students are able to receive discount on both manuals! Click HERE to order and to ensure you receive your discounted student rates!


Postage Update for 2025


Starting next year we have taken the difficult decision to cease our offer of free UK postage on manual orders. Any orders for manuals placed from January 6th 2025 will be subject to postage which will be automatically calculated at checkout.

System Update - 14:00-15:00 on 30/09/2024

Dear students,

I hope you are all keeping well and you are looking forward to a restful weekend.

This message is to let you know that our hosting partner will be performing an update to the learning platform on Monday 30th of September between 14:00 and 15:00 BST.

During this time the learning platform will be placed into maintenance mode and will be unavailable. The update should only take 1 hour.

We hope this brief downtime doesn't cause too much disruption to your learning.
